SUMMARY: Headcanon! Since we're not given the scene in the anime, but we know it definitely happens. Basically -- some of the people in Jacuzzi's gang were killed by the Russo family, a prominent mafia family in Chicago. JACUZZI GETS ANGRY. Really angry. Rob 18 stores angry.
What This Means - well now I have context for why i was doing that robbing thing
